OFFICE LOCATIONS
Our main office is located on the Alexian Brothers Medical Center Campus. We are located at the west end of the hospital in the Brock Medical Plaza. Parking is available in the front of the building. Complimentary valet service may be obtained at the main entrance of the hospital. Wheelchairs are available.
Our office is located on the second floor of the Hart Professional Building. Parking is available at the front of the building. The elevator is located in the center of the building. There is no valet service at this site.
